At HSS we are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to fill a Greeter/Host position to work in our most luxurious hotels and resort restaurant in Sarasota, FL area. In this role, you will interact with customers as they arrive to the restaurant, answering basic questions they may have and directing them to the table. You will also inform our guests about our current promotions. This is a customer service role that gives you the opportunity to provide a welcoming environment and exceptional experience to each guest / customer.

Duties:

• Greet guests as they arrive
• Provide information on our current sales and promotions
• Provide advice or direct guests to the table
• Help keep track of how many guests we see throughout the day
• Schedule/ follow-up reservations
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Notify floor manager or security personnel about potential issues

Some requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Should have at least 1 year of Banquet Set-Up experience.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Willing to do heavy lifting.
• Must be willing to go under drug screening and background check.

Schedule:

• Must be willing to work AM/PM,
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
