For clients, you’ll conduct outreach, maintain records, communicate with other directors, monitor QA items, maintain schedules, coordinate transportation, maintain the center and oversee program development. For staff, you’ll conduct field interviews, manage schedules, evaluate performance, attend meetings, and provide training.
