HSB Brand is Hiring a Real Estate Paralegal Near Columbia, SC

New opening for a full-time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. Ideal candidate will be motivated, highly organized and must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Four-year degree preferred or Paralegal Certification from ABA approved program. Three to five years of Real Estate experience which should include Commercial Closings, Title Insurance, reviewing and preparing commitments/policies from abstract title documents, updating title and recording documents, ordering and reviewing UCC and judgement searches as well as knowledge of Real Estate Trust Accounts. Ability to work with multiple attorneys. Experience in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to handle a large workload. Also, SoftPro Select experience is a plus. Full-time positions receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
