Promise Care Center is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor. We provide a safe and pleasant home for adults with mental illness, and we strive to go beyond the norm to provide a better quality of life for our residents! Your job will be to ensure all housekeeping and laundry duties are completed in accordance with our company’s policies and regulatory guidelines. The housekeeping supervisor must have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others and problem solve.
Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness of the facility
- Tidiness inside of the facility
- Laundry
- Disinfection of surfaces
- Inventorying supplies
- Preparing rooms for move-ins
- Inventory
- Stocking and replenishing supplies
- Deodorizing
- Training and motivating team members
- Mixing chemicals
- Reporting potential maintenance issues or concerns
