**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**

**Location:** Ladson, SC

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our industrial equipment and machinery. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We are looking for someone to work on the second shift and someone for the third shift. Please note, first shift is currently not available.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and repair or replace defective parts as needed.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and follow maintenance schedules to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
4. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
5. Calibrate and adjust machinery settings to maintain product quality and consistency.
6. Collaborate with production staff to understand equipment needs and prioritize maintenance tasks accordingly.
7. Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment.
9. Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
10. Train other maintenance technicians and production personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures as needed.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
5. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic computer skills.
6. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
10. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
