Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals across various healthcare settings. Responsibilities: - Assessing patient health needs and developing individualized care plans - Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to any changes or emergencies - Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care - Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures - Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality of medical records - Adhering to hospital standards, protocols, and infection control procedures - Providing support and guidance to patients during their hospital stay or home care Skills: - Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Proficiency in performing sonography procedures - Experience with tube feeding techniques and administration - Competency in IV insertion and management of IV therapy - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and other healthcare documentation systems - Ability to provide care for patients across different age groups, including toddler care - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex medical situations - Experience in case management for coordinating patient care across multiple healthcare providers We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
