Summary:

As the Assistant Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of planning, managing, and executing construction projects that push the boundaries of excellence. From ensuring quality standards to fostering strong customer relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Our Client's business philosophies forward. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in estimating and budget preparation for projects.

- Spearhead pre-construction planning meetings and negotiate project subcontracts.

- Manage project schedules and milestones in alignment with project objectives.

- Foster strong client relationships and maintain open lines of communication.

- Ensure compliance with construction laws, codes, and safety regulations.

- Drive project profitability and promote Our Client's objectives and goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Commercial Construction.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Thorough understanding of commercial construction processes, laws, and codes.

- Proficiency in reading blueprints and managing project documents.

- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
