HRM Services, LLC is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Part-Time (Could be FT) Near Maryville, MO

We are looking for a Part Time Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of premises. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly in a fast paced and detailed environment. This position could be Full Time depending on rate of pay desired. 
We are seeking an independent, hard working employee that is organized, detailed and understands the importance of communication and working together as a team. Must have dependable transportation. 
Maintenance experience is required
Responsibilities
Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards
Perform maintenance and installation of systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, change filter furnaces etc.), assist in setup of systems and conduct repairs when necessary, maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
Ability to navigate smart phone, electronic work orders and tablet
Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
Willing to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, HVAC troubleshooting, janitorial, inspections, landscaping, snow removal, etc.
Skills
Proven experience as maintenance technician
Communicate and partner with all levels of management as well as vendors
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: In person
