Hribar Logistics, a stable and family-owned company since 1949, is now hiring for a Local CDL-A Flatbed Driver Trainer for our terminal in Caledonia, WI.

Local Flatbed Truck Driver Trainer Job Summary :

The flatbed driver trainer is a crucial part to a new driver’s success at Hribar Logistics.

• The truck driver trainer will train new drivers on flatbed hauling and load securement while also hauling local freight for Company.
• The truck driver trainer must have experience in driving flatbed truck and knowledge of all the various types of cargo securement and techniques.

Truck Driver Trainer Pay :

• Orientation & training pay -$200 per day (w / approval)
• Driver Trainer will receive $100.00 per day while training
• $.60 CPM
• Flat rates for low mileage loads
• $22 / hour after 1-hour detention (w / proper notification paperwork). Driver must be on time to deliver to be eligible
• Paid on dispatched practical miles for cleared delivered loads
• Paid on miles practical miles to next load / parking spot

Minimum Requirements :

• CDL-A license
• Must have at least 3 years of verifiable Class A CDL driver time with 2 of those 3 years being verifiable flatbed work
• Must have experience in driving flatbed truck and knowledge of all the various types of cargo securement and techniques.
• High School Diploma with 3 years of experience in transportation or related field
• No recent moving or driving violations
