Job Summary:
Provide food and beverage service to our guests in an expedient, professional, friendly and courteous manner.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Serve alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards.
• Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.
• Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information.
• Constantly increase knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
• Complete side work during non-busy hours.
• Report to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
• Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
• Ensure that guests a have a positive and memorable experience at the Restaurant.
• Watch for safety hazards and report them immediately to your Department Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements include:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must be able to maintain proper certificates or Training to serve Alcohol.
• 2 years similar experience in a similar environment.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to give and receive information clearly.
• Detail oriented as it pertains to accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be available to work PM shifts only, Thursday-Saturday and additional days if needed to include holidays.
• Must be able to be on their feet for long periods of time. Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, carry and position of at least 25 lbs. These abilities are required for an entire shift.
