What you'll do:

• Provide a high level of hospitality to every guest.
• Ensure that teammates are in the right place, doing the right things at the right time, in order to make the guests feel special 100% of the time
• Enforce the quality and speed of the kitchen performance and the connection our front of house is provided to each guest
• Assist the General Manager in building a cohesive, efficient, and stable team
• Become fully trained to fulfill guest orders in any teammate role - comfortable working in the kitchen and can pick up any other role be it barista, server, host or runner
• Have a keen awareness of the store's financial performance, & help drive the efficiency and hospitality in the cafe to maximize and meet sales targets & average customer spend
• Hold strictly to current health & safety standards set in place by Bluestone Lane & the state's Department of Health
• Assist with opening and closing the store

Who you are:

• A food & beverage leader with at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in restaurants
