Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Powder Coater to join our team. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for performing various powder tasks, powder coat spraying, assembling, and sandblasting. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for powder by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply powder using various techniques for different powder colors
- Use hand tools and equipment to complete powder projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed

Qualifications:
- Proficient in powder coating spraying techniques
- Knowledge of assembling and warehouse powder processes
- Familiarity with machining and welding is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Detail-oriented with an eye for precision and quality workmanship
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
