Job Description
This is a remote position.
HR1Systems is seeking an Event Planning Coordinator to manage internal and external (client) event planning, conferences and tradeshows.
S / he will support the CEO and the marketing team on the brand development, marketing strategies and public events coordination.
As the Company exponentially grows, creativity and proactively supporting the strategic business development through maintaining marketing, conference and other public relations collaboration development.

Requirements
3-5 years managing event planning, executive assistance, preferably in human resources or related business industries. Superior project and program planning skills with the ability to handle large workload under tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical, communication (verbal and written), organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as, presentation skills Ability to establish and maintain a high level of leadership confidence.
Solid time management skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects / events. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels of management.
Require scheduling and moderately complex budgeting experience including tracking actuals against budget, estimate to complete (ETC) and estimate at complete (EAC) Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and customer-focused Detail oriented and possess a desire for quality Experience in managing distributed team members, as well as, work in a team environment Some Travel domestic and international required (25- 50% annually)
