You will be responsible for managing the assembly and installation of structural steel components at construction sites. This involves coordinating the placement of steel beams, columns, and other elements according to precise engineering specifications and blueprints.

Your expertise ensures that these components are securely positioned and aligned to form the framework of buildings, bridges, and other structures, laying the foundation for the entire construction project.

You will be working with our team

assembling pre-engineered steel buildings in Northern Il and Southern WI regions alongside our tradesman. Your role encompasses a range of responsibilities that are vital for the successful completion of construction projects.

What it takes to succeed :

Here is what it takes! All you need is 3 years of experience in steel work or more (which is a BONUS!) Having the knowledge and understanding of steel structures, assembly of material buildings, construction risks, and how to mitigate them.

You need to have the knowledge, safety protocols, and proficiency use of scissor lifts, boom lifts and telehandlers.
