Morristown TN manufacturer of fine furniture is looking to hire a PLANT MANAGER.

The PLANT MANAGER is responsible for overseeing daily operations of manufacturing plant and it’s 20-35 employees . Responsible for all daily operations of the plant and you will be required to work closely with the company president and vice president to set monthly production schedules.

The PLANT MANAGER must have:

• Experience in Management and Furniture Manufacturing needed.
• Prior Experience in Upholstery is a plus
• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in furniture manufacturing and management

This is a Full Time/Salaried Position that has a standard 40 hour work week but must be flexible to work OT if needed

Salary range is $60,000-$75,000 based upon experience level.
