Our Staffing agency has an opportunity for you to connect people to our great customers and help them with their staffing needs. If you are someone that thinks outside the box, are great with people, and have effective communication skills, then the Employment Specialist position is for you!

Job duties of the Employment Specialist includes but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Operations Manager in staffing coordination for branch
• Maintain and update employee files in accordance with state and federal laws
• Recruit, interview and hire temp to hire workers for clients, using an ATS as well as other social media outlets
• Counsel employees on various HR related issues
• Collaborate with the staffing and human resources teams to come up with creative ways to recruit, engage and retain employees
• Open and close branch when needed (Monday – Friday 8am – 5 pm)
• Participate in job fairs, career fairs and other venues for the purpose of recruiting talent

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hiring, terminating, and/or counseling employees preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must possess the ability to work well alone or with a team
• Have an aptitude for learning and continuing education in the quick changing environment of HR
• Must have excellent computer skills with the ability to be trained on our systems and be comfortable working between multiple platforms
• Bilingual in Spanish and English – ability to write and speak fluently in both languages
• Must be available to work in Cleveland, TN
