What you will be doing:
Develop building design from conception to completion
Develop and coordinate project scope
Preliminary code review
Perform quality checks on drawings
Coordinate with consultants and spec writer
Conduct client and consultant meetings with agenda
Routinely update Project Manager on project progress, schedule and budget
Set and manage continuing education program
Provide programming services
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years’ experience
Registered Architect
Proficient in Revit or Revit Certified
Excellent presentation software skills
Ability to maintain quality when managing several projects at a time
