KFMC is currently seeking a Project Specialist to support our External Quality Review (EQRO) Team. This person will function independently, as well as collaboratively, to coordinate, support, and directly participate in the day-to-day activities associated with various quality review projects. Excellent organizational, time management, and inter-personal skills are essential to effectively complete job responsibilities, as well as the ability to work with internal and external customers. Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required (Microsoft Office word processing, spreadsheets, editing, and formatting). Strong attention to accuracy and detail, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required. Candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED; graduation from an accredited college or university, or completion of a technical education program is preferred.
Primary Accountability:
The Project Specialist is responsible for supporting coordination of, and directly participating in the internal and external day-to-day activities associated with meeting defined goals of various healthcare quality projects and/or contracts. This person is expected to function independently, as well as collaboratively in the conduct, communication and evaluation of activities involving State or Federal Agencies, healthcare providers, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders/partners.
