Summary of Position:

Responsible for creating digital and print graphic design solutions for websites, print, email, social media, and brand campaigns while inspiring new ways of thinking using fresh and unique approaches to capitalize on visual communication opportunities to bring brands to life through design and storytelling.

• Conceptualize and execute designs from ideation to completion to support brand strategy.
• Interface with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and IT management to deploy web content and online marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, sell sheets, and clinical support materials.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high levels of customer service and quality.
• Oversee company websites, including website CMS and content library, for broken links, misspellings, and out-of-date content. Perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Leverage website analytic tools to conduct ongoing content, keyword, and URL audits to improve user and search engine relevancy of key pages.
• Monitor contact form performance and website chat functions, ensuring notifications are delivered to the corresponding team members.
• Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals with an exceptional eye for detail, layout, and consistency.
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid foundation of SEO and SEM best-practices.

Experience:

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing initiatives
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other visual design tools
• Familiar with website analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Social Platforms, and email marketing
• Portfolio of strong creative work
• Medical Device background a plus
