Duties:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet sales targets
- Manage key accounts through regular follow-ups and account management practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and maintain customer records
- Provide technical sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and offering solutions
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospects and existing clients

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field within the hotel or hospitality sector
- Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing deals
- Proficiency in account management practices and client relationship building
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts and ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients
