HQ LA INC is Hiring a Reality TV Producer Near Los Angeles, CA

The Producer will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of production, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production coordination, technical oversight, resource allocation, schedule management, quality assurance, risk assessment, and budget administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Coordination: overseeing and coordinating all production stages, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content from pre-production planning to post-production activities.
  • Technical Oversight: Responsible for ensuring technical requirements are met for content production.
  • Resource Allocation: Support efficient resource management and facilitation to meet project needs within budget constraints.
  • Schedule/Timeline Management: develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones while accommodating changes or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Quality Assurance: implementing and enforcing quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure final deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact production timelines or budgets, and collaborate with the supervising producer and account manager to develop effective strategies for mitigation.
  • Budget Administration: Support the development and management of production budgets, assist in tracking expenses, analyze variances, and make adjustments as needed to optimize resource utilization and maintain financial accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communication, or a related field.
  • Preferably 2-4 years of production experience with agencies and/or experience with other network creation shows.
  • Strong understanding t content creation.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Frame.io, Lark, AI, Slack.
  • Experience creating educational materials.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per week

Ability to Relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90036: Relocate before starting work (Required)
