HQ Aero is currently recruiting for a QUALITY ASSOCIATE in BRIDGEPORT, WV

Responsibilities :

As a Quality Associate, you will be required to :

• Work with organization members to audit, identify problems related to quality assurance, and improve operational processes.
• Investigate and diagnose complaints related to quality, track down components, and recommend corrective actions.
• Document all work performed per FAA / JAA regulations as required.
• Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements :

• Aviation experience required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in accordance with Title 14 CFR Part 65.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

Job Type :

• Full-time, Contract
• Shift Hours : Day shift Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Essential Job Functions

• Must be able to work as a part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Physical Demands : The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, Position requires frequent walking, standing and / or climbing.
• Work Environment : Ability to work in confined spaces. FAR Part 145 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
