HQ Aero Management is Hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician (HQ#22-00076) Near Bridgeport, WV
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be working in a high-volume facility to assist with maintenance around the property, ensuring the building remains safe and functional. Some of your main tasks include maintaining the quality of the building, equipment, and property; performing remodeling and new construction tasks including the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical utilities. You will comply with company safety and security policies. You are required to adhere to general work rules, company policies, and procedures applicable to the work area and job functions.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- Electrical License or Industrial Electrical experience preferred.
- Must have a background in construction and/or facility maintenance.
- Candidate must be dependable and be able to follow instructions.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Criminal Background checks & Compliant with FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
- Contract.
- Day Shift - Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work as a part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work with little to no guidance. Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to multitask.
- Must be computer proficient.
- Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Position requires frequent walking, standing, and/or climbing.
