HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Operations Administrator to play a crucial role in the HalePlus department by supporting the efficient functioning of production processes, focusing on converting component designs into production, managing lumber inventory, and creating delivery packets for job site use.

• The typical schedule for this Operations Administrator position is Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) with the ability to learn is BisTrack
• Administration experience, particularly in the construction field is preferred and willing to teach a skilled candidate where knowledge is lacking.

• Knowledge of building materials or the home construction processes from start to finish is a plus
• Experience using BisTrack or comparable Building Materials Software is desired
• Ability to work in a manufacturing warehouse which may be exposed to loud noises
