Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal care assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Note: This position may require lifting or assisting clients with mobility limitations. Training will be provided to ensure the safety of both the caregiver and the client.
