Are youa driven, enthusiastic people-person with experience providing administrativesupport to physicians or healthcare executives and/or managing expensereimbursements and have great negotiating skills? If so, we want to talk toyou!
HPC islooking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with 3-5 yearsprofessional experience in administrative support, managing expensereimbursements, negotiating prices, project management, account management and/or B2B(business-to-business) customer service. The Account Rep will be charged withall aspects of implementing, managing and overseeing the continued success ofthe service for assigned accounts, always with a minimum goal of achievingsavings for each assigned client.
This isa full time position, working in our Crown Point Office, Monday through Friday.

WhatYou’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee a successful service implementation & continued support with newclients of our EducationConcierge™ service
  • Prepare quarterly reports in Excel and PowerPoint for assignedEducationConcierge™ client accounts to track program participation and savingsachieved through HPC’s service
  • Coordinate and manage the annual membership and subscription renewals,conference and CME/CE registrations and other education purchases for employeesof your assigned EducationConcierge™ client accounts to ensure theireducational expenses are paid on time and making it easier for them to requesttheir expenses with a hassle-free process
  • Negotiate with education vendors, associations, and all other suppliers toachieve discounted pricing, group rates, and best terms
  • Workto identify and eliminate redundant purchases and unnecessary educational spend
  • Reviewand analyze usage data to recommend strategies for reducing costs, eliminatingunderutilization of resources, and maximizing value
  • Attendand participate in quarterly meetings via telephonic conference calls orin-person, as needed, with your assigned EducationConcierge™ client accounts toreview HPC’s service performance, and prepare and send assigned accounts theirquarterly progress reports noting program participation and savings resultsachieved to date

  • Exceptional customer service spirit, extremely organized, and meticulousattention to detail
  • Mustpossess a high degree of business acumen and professionalism and be able tocorrespond with people of all types of backgrounds and varying levels ofexperience and education
  • Mustbe confident, friendly, extremely organized, detail-oriented, results-focused,methodical and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with precision, asense of urgency and minimal supervision
  • Experience in negotiating with vendors to achieve better pricing and maximizeROI/benefits
  • Experience managing customer/client relationships and doing administrativesupport tasks
  • Idealcandidates will have professional work experience in the following types ofpast roles: administrative (executive) assistant for a C-suite executive orphysician group practice, corporate buyer and/or procurement
  • Mustpossess strong decision-making, strategic-thinking, communication and customerservice skills and maintain a positive attitude with leads, customers and otherteam members at all times
  • Looking for a candidate who possesses the vision, willingness, and personalcommitment to do what it takes to get the job done and achieve savings for ourclients, because they really need our help!
  • Ability to manage and oversee service for assigned client accounts, includingbut not limited to:
  • Conducting daily correspondence and outreach to EducationConcierge™ clients,their staff members and to associations on their behalf;
  • Negotiating with associations and subscription providers for better pricing andbenefits;
  • Tracking correspondence and savings results on every transaction you manage;
  • Providing progress reports to EducationConcierge™ clients on an ongoing basis(typically quarterly) with the ultimate goal of achieving a minimum 20%overall reduction in annual spend for each client
  • Collaborating with HPC’s Booksource department when an EducationConcierge™client is placing a book order (purchases of books, magazines and otherpublications)
  • Frequent (daily) use of Microsoft Excel, Internet research, Microsoft Word,Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience writing, negotiating and/or reviewing contracts, preferred
