Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare Smoothies and Acia Bowls according to company standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent service to our guests
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Understanding of retail math for pricing and discounts
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
