Description -
Job Summary
This role is responsible for defining, developing, and deploying quality products and print experiences at lower costs, by way of innovation, process, and technology, to enable the highest level of contractual customer satisfaction and loyalty through customer-focused mindset and process, E2E quality management, and data-driven quality analysis. The role also partners within and outside the quality team to deliver HP's brand reputation of uncompromising quality and leads talent management activities.
Responsibilities
  • Drive A4 Enterprise and A3 TME teams across multiple geographies (US and Korea).
  • - A4 Enterprise - Quality program management, NPI/current program management
  • - A3 - Current program management
  • Accountable for successful quality management of A4 Enterprise and A3 programs across multiple segments (Transactional and contractual) as a single focal point for print quality across HW, Supplies, Solutions, Services, and Experience.
  • Drive the definition of quality plans for future product portfolio by comparing the needs of our customers, partners, and business with data & proactive insights.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness in alignment with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Define and align strategic directions for HP Enterprise and Contractual Quality teams.
  • Strategic relationships across different functions in the business to deliver HP's brand reputation of uncompromising quality.
  • Attract and develop top, diverse technical talent in the quality team.
Education & Experience Recommended
  • Engineering degree preferred
  • Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience, including people management experience or related experience.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Advanced project management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in managing human capital across geographies to drive workforce development and achieve desired results.
  • Strong business acumen, technical knowledge of multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies.
  • Advanced multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Strong understanding of HP's policies and processes.
