This 1 st shift Shipping Coordinator position is located in Plant 3, Whitehall Casting and will be responsible for:

• Preparing shipping/receiving documentation for incoming and outgoing materials

• Receipt of materials

• Order entry

• Preparing export control documentation

• Maintaining and preparing hazard waste manifest log

Basic Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years’ continuous work experience post high school

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a shipping/receiving department in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be flexible in a changing work environment and able to reorganize rapidly to changing priorities.
• Oracle experience
• Good oral and written communication skills.
