OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL & BENEFITS SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Payroll & Benefits Specialist completes the end to end, bi-weekly payroll process for about 350 employees in ADP software
• Handle 401k reconciliations in the GL
• Payroll & Benefits Specialist works with both exempt and non-exempt employees, commissions and benefits

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYROLL & BENEFITS SPECIALIST ROLE:

• The Payroll & Benefits Specialist must have at least 3-4 years of previous payroll experience
• Solid ADP experience
• Proficiency in Excel is a must, including knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Payroll & Benefits Specialist must have the ability to multi-task
