Job Summary
Performs and/or coordinates laboratory tests to determine chemical and physical characteristics of alloy (metallic) and non-alloy (non-metallic) materials for such purposes as quality control, process control, or product development and production.

pH meter, balances, measurement glassware, other chemistry apparatus, ultrasonic cleaner, Scanacon acid tester, cutting saws, manual and automated grinding and polishing machines, microscope, mounting press, oven, miscellaneous hand tools, and computer.
