Howdy RV dealership is looking to for a very driven, energetic, intelligent, experienced & extremely friendly individual to fill our need for a RV SALES ASSOCIATE, available immediately! The RV industry is FUN because you get to meet all kinds of people, from the oil workers to the retirees to the outdoor enthusiasts! Bilingual applicants are encouraged but not required.
COMPENSATION: Commission based pay. There is no limit to your yearly income. $100,000 is very possible. The commission side can easily get you a HUGE paycheck for the right highly motivated salesperson.

Our aim is to compete on QUALITY, HONESTY, INTEGRITY & FRIENDLINESS. With this initiative we have quickly become the fastest growing & largest private owned RV Dealerships in South, Texas. Our ownership, management & employees are tightly-knit group of hardworking, overachieving & friendly folks! Come join us!
HOURS:
Great hours! Monday thru Friday 8am -5pm, Saturday 9am – 3pm. Must work Saturdays but ONLY four weekdays and Sunday off! We require a clean driver’s license, solid work history, verifiable references, drug screening, and a background check.
PAY:
Paid weekly, every Friday!
DEALERSHIP LOCATION: Howdy RV has two dealership locations in Aransas Pass and Mathis, TX. 35,000 vehicles drive by our RV dealerships everyday! Our company brand fits nicely into our community. We also are proud to have one of the largest paved sales lots in our region. Our sales offices & parts department are completely renovated & modernized. So your office space will be within a new modern upscale décor.
DEALERSHIP INVENTORY: We maintain a large inventory selection at all times! We sell New, Used, & Consignments. We are the exclusive retailer for the regions most popular RV brand Keystone RV’s, including the luxury line of ALPINE, AVALANCHE, SPRINTER, PASSPORT, & the moderately priced SPRINGDALE. We also carry Forest River, Cruiser RV, Lancer Camper & Gatormade Utility Trailers.
EXPERIENCE:
General Sales Experience: 5 years
Previous RV Sales experience: 2 years
High school or equivalent
