About Role
We are searching for an ambitious Junior level Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This position will be responsible for performing accounting related duties on a professional level, please find the primary accountabilities and qualifications below.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements that comply with accounting standards
• Recording financial transactions in the general ledger and maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Recording recurring journal entries
• Allocation of expenses across various entities
• Assist and working alongside Senior Accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly
• Providing support to Senior Accountants during internal and external audits by preparing documentation, answering inquiries, and assisting in the resolution of audit finding
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in financial records, processes, or reports.
• Assist with other accounting projects which includes cross collaboration with other teams in the Finance Department and help evolving our processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, minimum GPA of 3.0
• CPA preferred or desire to obtain CPA
• Proven team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Solid analytical acumen
• Strong MS excel skills
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Professional demeanor
• Legally authorized to work in the US
