Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administative Assistant & Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including contract preparation, loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
- Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all transaction details, including deadlines, contingencies, and key dates
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to real estate transactions
- Conduct research on market trends, property values, and comparable sales to provide accurate information to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process, addressing any concerns or questions that may arise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in real estate or financial services is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of basic math principles and ability to perform 10-key typing accurately
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, FNMA guidelines, TILA requirements, and other relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and real estate software applications
