We are hiring for a Full-Time Hotel General Manager position for our hotel located in Branson, Missouri. Please send a resume.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure our guests have a maximum experience
Manage and motivate our staff so that operations run smoothly and in a positive manner
Prepare and Present Budget
Handle and Resolve guest’s concerns
Follow company's values and policies
Inspire and lead staff to perform with high results
Requirements:
Experience working and managing a hotel
At least 3 years of Hotel Management
High School Diploma or higher
Comfortable managing and motivating staff for positive results
Professional and confidential demeanor (must be especially professional with employees)
Must be able to have a drama free work place environment, instead should be able to create a positive mentality and teamwork mentality among all employees
Allocate resources in a budget-conscious environment
Ability to think creatively
Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule: Day Shift but must be willing to cover other shifts if there is no coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
