We have an immediate opening for a Recording Coordinator, who pays close attention to detail, possesses excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Review real estate documents for accuracy
• Prepare documents for recording and submit real estate documents both electronically and by mail
• Track documents to be filed, including rejections
• Upload or scan recorded documents into software systems

Other knowledge, skills and abilities required are:

• This is an in office position- ability to travel to office daily.
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• Real estate experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate!
