Fast-paced title insurance company is seeking a commercial escrow assistant. This position requires the employee to assist the commercial department in all aspects of both commercial purchase and refinance real estate transactions in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan and Tennessee.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMTED TO:

• First communication with the parties
• Clear title
• Order payoffs, surveys, deed, prepare title company closing documents for escrow
• Scheduling; Appointments with client & Notary
• Accustomed to following defined workflows and meeting timeline requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• A minimum of 3 years recent title/escrow experience
• Must possess a least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Softpro and Greenfolders knowledge is not required but a plus
• Paperless environment, organization and basic understanding of technology needed
