Howard Center is Hiring a Program Supervisor, Inclusion Program Near BURLINGTON, VT

The Program Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision of Behavior Interventionists in the INCLUSION Program. Additionally, this position supports the onboarding of all new hire Behavior Interventionists. The Program Supervisor coordinates coverage of Behavior Interventionists and maintains oversight of Summer Program Services and school vacation services.Responsibilities:- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of Behavior Interventionists - Support with hiring, training and onboarding all new hire Behavior Interventionists- Manage coverage needs for Behavior Interventionists absences- Provide morning On-Call coverage - stipend payment- Coordinate, plan and facilitate Summer Program Services and school vacation services- Summer Services budget managementRequirements:- Bachelor's degree required- Experience in supervision or administration- Two years' experience in related field- Fingerprints: Education- Valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record and use of personal vehicleStructure:-Full Time- Exempt- We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experienceBenefits:- Generous time off starting at 36 days of combined time off per year for full-time employees (and increasing with years of service); pro-rated for positions 16 hours or more- Comprehensive BCBS Medical with 80% agency-paid premium support for individuals, couples, and families (pro-rated for part time).
