The Physical Education teacher is a member of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals meeting students' academic and SEL needs. Responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating physical education and health curricula. This individual would also implement student programs including Outdoor Challenge, Move-it Move-it, and other school wide physical education and health initiatives. Baird School provides an alternative educational environment for children ages 5-14 (grades K-8) whose needs exceed a regular educational environment due to social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
