Environmental Services Technician:

Ensure a safe and clean environment (commercial and residential) for Howard Center employees and clients adhering to rules regarding health and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
  • Ensure common areas and restrooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protect cleaning equipment and make sure they are in proper working order
  • Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances within the buildings
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and order when appropriate
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's License, and use of a personal vehicle
  • Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Work quickly without compromising quality

Structure:

  • Full time (40 hours)
  • Starting at $20.00 an hour
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
