The Associate Producer position involves internet research, outbound telephone calls, interviewing potential companies that we might feature on our show for future episodes, securing funding and corporate sponsorship, etc. It's a "jack of all trades" position and we look for people who are creative, intelligent, quick on their feet, able to conduct journalistic interviews with corporate executives of large companies, and have an interest in or familiarity with the basics of television production. The position is salary commission, full-time, in an office environment. Clear written and verbal communication skills are a must.'
