HOVE BUICK GMC is Hiring an Automotive Parts Specialist Near Bourbonnais, IL

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their automotive parts needs
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Maintain inventory control by accurately tracking and organizing parts stock
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for vehicle maintenance
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance to customers
- Conduct retail sales, upselling products and services when appropriate
- Utilize Excel or other software to track and manage parts inventory

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive service or parts department preferred
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and procedures
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and various automotive parts
- Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience in retail sales, demonstrating the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of inventory and sales
