We are a Top 100 operator and investment firm with a portfolio focused on self-storage and office warehouse properties. We are seeking the right person to fill our management duties at our great location in Houston and Alvin, TX.
The person we select will be paid an hourly rate and bonuses each quarter based on performance. This position has an earning potential that will allow you to make money more than most people do in similar positions with similar requirements.
If managing a storage facility sounds boring and laborious to you, please do not apply. We are looking for somebody who understands people and enjoys working with them as 80% or more of your job will be working with customers, prospective customers, and various community figures. We do not require that you have a college degree or any experience in the self-storage industry, but do require a strong and proven background in sales and customer service.

We at Houston Lock Storage know that our site managers are vital to our success. It does help if you have a background in customer service and office management. You need to be computer literate, able to send emails and attach documents and quick to learn our computer software (Easy Storage Solutions/U-Haul affiliate network). It's important that you can perform administrative tasks, that you are capable and able to learn state laws and auction procedures. It's important that the applicant can perform property maintenance, keeping the grounds and facility clean and the office organized and tidy.
