Description

Summary:
Reports directly to the Paint & Body Supervisor.
Responsible for structural and non-structural automotive & truck body repairs on fleet and retail units.
Pay is based on an hourly rate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Completes assigned tasks in compliance with HDC’s procedures.
2. Operates all equipment in a safe and productive manner.
3. Complies with OSHA regulations, utilizing required safety equipment.
4. Maintains work area in a neat, safe and organized manner.
5. Complies with standard operating procedures relating to vacation scheduling and absences.
6. Abides by company policy & rules as outlined in the employee handbook.
7. Perform all repair work to industry standards.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend training to improve job performance and maintain industry standards.
Will assist with projects as required.
