The Compliance Manager is a managerial-level professional position responsible for directing, planning, implementing and evaluating the services and activities of the Property Management Compliance team for the HOC managed properties. This includes policy development and direct supervision of Property Management Compliance team. The incumbent works with the Property Management division to create processes/policies, implement and optimize processes/policies for the Property Management Compliance team that ensure a best-in-class customer experience for the customers of Housing Opportunities Commission. This position will also establish and track the appropriate metrics to ensure direct reports are meeting their deliverables and find opportunities for improvements. In performing the duties, the employee is required to investigate research, analyze and make recommendations to leadership based on the information and data.
