The Community Aide position serves as a key role within aiding Resident Services Staff in organizing and executing program activities. The individual will collaborate with families, children, and seniors, assisting with various tasks such as coordinating special events, conducting community outreach activities, facilitating workshops, arranging transportation for events, providing support at HOC host sites for the Montgomery County Senior Nutrition Lunch Program, and fulfilling other assigned responsibilities.
