The purpose of this job is to ensure that the grounds of the Housing Authority of Bowling Green’s AMP 2 remain well groomed. Responsibilities include cutting grass, trimming hedges, removing debris and trash from grounds. Duties also include general maintenance on equipment and appliances in authority units as needed, to include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.

High school diploma (or GED) required, with six months to one year of grounds keeping or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. Must possess a valid Kentucky’s driver’s license.
