Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator at Houseworks Collective. The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks associated with real estate transactions, including administrative assistance, communication with clients and partners, and coordinating the logistics of property management. This role is based in Milwaukee, WI, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
***Previous experience as a transaction coordinator is required***
- Strong understanding of loan processing procedures
- Experience in administrative assistance and customer service
- Knowledge of leases and property management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines, high level of accuracy and data entry
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Real estate license or certification is a plus
