g., wiping surfaces, emptying trash cans, floor vacuuming and mopping, changing linen)Managing a particular area of the client’s home and ensuring a high level of qualityWorking with minimal supervisionAssessing a client’s home, prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment to customize the appointment per client’s wishesBuilding positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respectComplying with proper safety policies and proceduresTransporting all equipment and supplies from each visitProfessionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to managementTaking the initiative to delight our clients wherever possibleAccurately log your billable hours using a time tracking appManage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with customers using our residential cleaning appQualifications and skills : Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicleAble to stand, kneel, and climb stairsGood at organizing and solving problemsGood work ethic and positive attitudeCan work both independently and as part of a team environmentCan communicate well (spanish fluency is a plus )Experience using scheduling apps or routing apps preferred (training can be provided)Previous cleaning experience is an assetWorking hours : Full-time, year-roundMon Fri, 9 : 00am 5 : 00pmCompensation : $14.
