A busy professional couple living and working in a large historic home in Tuxedo Park is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Personal Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Job Summary : As a Personal Housekeeper, you will be responsible for all aspects of housekeeping within our private residence.

You will work closely with us to ensure that our home is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of our household will be essential in providing a seamless and enjoyable living experience.

Key Responsibilities : 1.Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces throughout the home.

2.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops, ensuring that they are stocked with necessary supplies.

3.Make beds, change linens, and tidy up bedrooms on a regular basis.4.Clean kitchen areas, including wiping down countertops, appliances, and surfaces, and washing dishes.

5.Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.6.Organize and maintain closets, cabinets, and other storage areas, ensuring that items are stored neatly and efficiently.

7.Assist with household errands and shopping as needed.8.Collaborate with other household staff, to ensure seamless coordination of tasks.

9.Occasional assistance with meal preparation and serving may be required.10.Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the family's personal affairs and property.

Qualifications : 1.Previous experience as a housekeeper in a private residence or high-end hospitality setting preferred.

2.Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning and organization.3.Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

4.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.5.Professionalism, reliability, and discretion are essential.6.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

7.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.8.Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

9.Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.10.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.11.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
